  1. Do I have to include anything when I return the product?

Please make a note of your Order Number, the reason for returning and whether you would like a refund or exchange in the returns package.

  1. What is The Selty Goods 1-Year Exchange Warranty?

We know our cases are expertly handcrafted from the finest materials, which will age beautifully over time. Therefore, we are able to offer our customers a 1-year Exchange Warranty.

The Selty Goods 1-year exchange warranty is designed to cover manufacturing defects and is only valid for 1-year of the relevant device/phone the product is designed for and is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. In the event that the original product is no longer available, a best match alternative product of similar value for the same device/phone will be offered. 

The Selty Goods 1-Year exchange warranty applies to your initial purchase only.

This warranty does not affect your legal rights under English law. Advice on these rights is available from the Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

  1. Can I return my case if used?

You may return your used case within the 30-day period for an exchange or refund providing that the case is not personalised.

  1. Can I return a personalised case?

Unfortunately, we are only able to provide refunds or exchanges on personalised items if the item is faulty. If your item is faulty please send images and details to info@seltygoods.com 

  1. Do I have to pay for posting my return/exchange?

UK returns are free, please request a returns label by emailing info@seltygoods.com with your Order Number. International returns are dealt with on a case by case basis. 

  1. Can I exchange my order for a different item?

You can exchange your case, however, if you have personalised your case we only accept exchanges if the case is faulty.

  1. How long will it take to process my refund? 

Once the item has been returned to us, we ensure that your refund is processed within 48 hours. However, the time it takes for the funds to enter your account depends on your own bank provider.
